This masked multi exposed photograph consists of five separate exposures all shot on the same sheet of original film.

1st shot – The main overall image including scrotum and base of his penis was exposed. The area where the rest of his penis will go was masked out. 2nd shot – the middle section of his penis was double exposed over itself, but with him crouched down a bit. 3rd & 4th shots – further exposures of the same middle section added with him crouched even lower down. 5th shot – The final exposure was the top of his shaft and glans, added on to the end.

If you look very carefully you can slightly detect where the joins are, all blended by the soft focus masks. In each case the area to be exposed was previously protected with an equal and opposite mask. It was a very complex process and not at all easy to do. 

Apart from the 5 multiple exposures, there was no further retouching.  It is worth noting that Long Dong’s real penis was very long, which was necessary to have enough to work with..
